Just beautiful Elegant Tea Party
It's a bright crisp sunny day here in Melbourne and I have my tea pot and tea cup and saucer here at my desk whilst I am working hard -we have a beautiful elegant baptism coming up, a dolls house themed party coming up, a photo shoot, our new high tea range has hit the online store, our elegant beverage dispenser is coming soon, more toys and special party treats all hit the office...it's sure has been a bit busy around these parts...but I love this elegant tea party styled by Delphine seen on Sweetest Occasion which was a bridal shower inspired shoot, just dreamy!. It's one of my all time favourites and whilst I sip my rose tea I thought I would share with you...xxx

Super Mario Bros Party!
LBC Event Styling was asked to do a Super Mario Bros party recently at a lovely client's home for a gorgeous 10 year old boy. Part of the brief is that she wanted to have the set up on her buffet and it was her son's favourite theme Mario Bros. The fun of this job is immersing yourself into different themes, it's ever changing -one week it will be an elegant wedding, another week a cocktail party, the following week it may be Super Mario!! we have some beautiful themes coming up..so stay tuned..
It's great from our perspective because we research everything before we plan the party and you do get to learn lots of different things, our work is diverse and now from our extensive research of Super Mario one of the benefits is we can play this game on Nintendo Wii!!

Desire to Inspire: Real Party and Cake Feature by Cakes by Sharon
Sharon is a gorgeous and talented cake maker based in Sydney, you can find her inspiring cakes here . I thought I would also showcase a pretty party and a farm cake she recently made. You might recognise the adorable farm cake as it was recently photographed in Shop 4 Kids.
This beautiful party below was in honour of her gorgeous daughter's christening.
Sharon did everything herself; the flowers, the pots, table runners, she made all
the cupcakes, place cards, the menus were embossed had a little flower on them, all the butterflies and rose garlands she put up at the restaurant herself. The beautiful favour boxes were also made by Sharon -all 40 of them, so 80 tops and bottoms & it was an original origami box. The colour palette for the cupcakes is just gorgeous don't you think and the freshness of the tables is beautiful. What a gorgeous day Sharon!

Pretty Bridal Shower Themes by guest blogger Jennifer from Arcadian Home Decor
Hi all! I'm Jennifer and I write for Arcadian Home Decor, a site that specializes in
top quality home decor items. I've been writing about home decor
since graduating university and have loved it ever since. I'm addicted to patterned
fabrics, Jonathan Adler, chaise lounges, old doors, milk glass jars, antiques, and
more. I spend my days perusing catalogues and home decor blogs...what a life!
When a close friend or family member is the bride-to-be, there are two pre-wedding
'dos that the ladies love -- bachelorette parties and bridal showers. The bridal
shower is usually a more reserved, elegant party for the special women in the
bride's life, young and old, to come together and "shower" the honouree in love and
good tidings (i.e. presents!). And pretty bridal shower themes set the tones for
these events.
